Introduction
Welcome to ALL TOGETHER FOR MENTAL HEALTH: TRAUMA AND ITS PRICES FOR HUMANITY – International Joint Event: 7th Eastern European Conference of Mental Health In and Out of Your Mind & 4th International Public Mental Health Conference & 3rd International Congress of the SPNPPC (“the Conference”). These terms and conditions govern the registration process and attendance at the Conference. By completing the registration process, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with the registration.
Registration
2.1 Eligibility: The Conference is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
2.2 Accuracy of Information: During the registration process, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for updating your registration details if any changes occur.
2.3 Registration Confirmation: Upon successful completion of the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email containing your registration details and other pertinent information.
Conference Fees
3.1 Payment: To attend the Conference, you must pay the specified registration fee. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3.2 Early Bird Discount: If an Early Bird discount is available, it will be clearly stated on the Conference website. To avail the discount, your registration and payment must be completed within the Early Bird registration period.
3.3 Payment Methods: We accept only payment method specified on the Conference website.
3.4 Taxes and Charges: All applicable taxes and service charges are included in the registration fee.
Cancellation and Substitution
4.1 Cancellation by Attendee: If you are unable to attend the Conference, the registration fee may be refunded if a cancellation is made in writing up to 30 calendar days prior to the conference start date. Cancellations received after the cancellation cutoff date or nonattendance will not be refunded. Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
4.2 Cancellation by Organizer: In the unlikely event that the Conference is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavor to provide you with a full refund of the registration fee. However, we shall not be held liable for any other expenses you may have incurred.
4.3 Force Majeure: After the cancellation cutoff date, payments made are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, failure to use conference attendance credentials due to illness or due to any event beyond the reasonable control of the parties, such as an act of God, natural disaster, travel-related problems or an act of terrorism.
Code of Conduct
5.1 Respectful Behavior: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and treat fellow attendees, speakers, organizers, and staff with respect and courtesy.
5.2 Prohibited Behavior: Harassment, discrimination, offensive language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Attendees found engaging in such activities may be asked to leave the Conference without refund.
5.3 Compliance with Laws: Attendees must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the Conference.
Intellectual Property
6.1 Content Usage: All Conference materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and audiovisual recordings, are the intellectual property of the conference organizers. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or use of such materials is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Media Consent: By attending the Conference, you grant the conference organizers the right to capture and use photographs, videos, and audio recordings of you for promotional and marketing purposes.
Liability
7.1 Disclaimer: The conference organizers disclaim all liability for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from the attendance at the Conference, including but not limited to, accidents, theft, or property damage.
7.2 Indemnification: Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Your Organization/Conference] and its representatives from any claims, demands, losses, or liabilities arising out of their attendance or participation in the Conference.
Amendments
8.1 Changes to Terms: The conference organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Conference website.
8.2 Notification of Changes: Registered attendees will be notified of significant changes via email.
Governing Law
9.1 Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Moldova. Any disputes arising from the Conference or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Republic of Moldova.
By proceeding with the registration process, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from registering for the Conference.

Conference Code of Conduct
The Conference is committed to providing an inclusive and harassment-free experience for all participants, regardless of race, ethnicity, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
Expected Behavior
- Treat all attendees, speakers, sponsors, organizers, and staff with respect and courtesy.
- Engage in constructive and respectful communication during sessions, workshops, and social events.
- Be mindful of your words and actions, avoiding any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.
Harassment Policy
Harassment, in any form, is strictly prohibited. Harassment includes but is not limited to:
- Offensive verbal comments related to race, ethnicity, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, or other personal characteristics.
- Intimidation, stalking, following, or unwelcome attention.
- Inappropriate physical contact or unwelcome sexual advances.
- Display of offensive images or use of language in public spaces, including presentations and slide materials.
- Any sustained disruption of talks, workshops, or other events.
- Any other conduct that would reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting.
Reporting Procedure
If you experience or witness any violations of this Code of Conduct, please report the incident to one of the event organizers or staff members. You can do this in person or by emailing [Contact Email]. Your concerns will be treated seriously and confidentially.
Consequences of Violations
Anyone found to have violated this Code of Conduct may face consequences, including but not limited to:
- A verbal warning from event organizers or staff.
- Being asked to leave the event without refund.
- Being banned from attending future events organized by the organizers.
Responsibility of Organizers
The event organizers are committed to enforcing this Code of Conduct and providing a safe environment for all participants. If you experience any issues or have concerns during the event, please approach one of the organizers or staff members.
Scope and Enforcement
This Code of Conduct applies to all conference-related activities, including talks, workshops, social events, online interactions, and any other gatherings related to the conference.

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to this Code of Conduct at any time without prior notice. Participants are expected to comply with the most recent version available during the event.
